Our triple room was complete with crisp bed linen, large bed, for example. The location was magnificent and perfect: a shopping mall and a bakery were within walking distance.

Pleasant team especially the manager and main receptionist. We got a room with a bath. It was based in very comfortable building in a great location, in the centre of a commercial shopping zone.

It had bad views.

Fairly clean place, good service, fantastic friendly and amicable staff. Tastefully decorated units with tea & coffee.

The restaurant was great with several choices, I tried excellent dishes. The location in a lovely area was great and there were a bakery and supermarkets nearby.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Carcassonne and had a great experience. the location of this hotel was ideal for me as it was situated in a commercial center within walking distance to the airport. I found it very convenient, especially for those early morning flights. Additionally, there was a Lidl shop located directly opposite the hotel, making it easy to grab any necessities during my stay.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there's really nothing negative to mention.

It was convenient to the airport which is why we chose it.

We arrived by bicycles and had booked into The Campanile Hotel, nobody had informed us that this had changed to The Kyriad. We spent an hour searching and in desperation went into The Kyriad to enquire and could not believe our ears to be told this was the Campanile. It was also a big disappointment to be told the Restaurant was closed on Sundays - not on the website.

Good value for your money

Not so good location - in a very industrial and not so pretty area. Hotel is more like a motel

Excellent service, although a few employees were very rude. We ate at a pleasant restaurant with several choices. Got very comfy bed and an ironing set, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The staff were outstanding - informative, efficient, friendly, and professional. Quiet and clean room. Convenient location near airport. Plenty of secure parking.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Value for money and very good restaurant.

However we were slightly overwhelmed by the amount of meat (3 lamb cutlets) and felt 2 would have sufficed. Other than that no complaints.

The hotel was in a great and perfect location close enough to airport as well as the famous historical castles and battlements for what we wanted it for. It was good to be 1 km away from Mcdonald's, serving short-orders.

The hotel of choice in Carcassonne. Convenient venue with efficient staff especially the manager and main receptionist and fast Wi-Fi. Magnificent and perfect location, 4 km from city centre. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a bakery across the street.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, warm, and comfortable. I really appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of a kettle for tea and coffee in the room. The bright and clean bathroom with a small bath and a great shower was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the airport and in proximity to a bakery or fast food options made it very convenient.
